TICKETING AND SEATING
Accessible seating is available on all levels of Fiserv Forum.
Accessible seating platforms are located at the top of the following sections for Milwaukee Bucks games, Marquette Men’s Basketball games and most concerts and events:
Main Concourse: Sections 101, 103, 105, 108, 116, 117, 120
Upper Concourse: Sections 201, 205, 211, 215, 222
Accessible platforms are also located near the event floor at Sections 105 and 118.
The chairs on the platforms are padded, folding chairs that can be removed to position a mobility device in their place. Chairs without armrests are available. Electrical outlets are located at all accessible seating platforms. Floor seating for games, concerts and events is available on a per-event basis. All suites and premium areas are accessible. Guests who require an accessible seat may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same accessible row, if available.

OPEN/CLOSED CAPTIONING; ASL INTERPRETER; ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
An open-captioning service is available during Bucks games. The open-captioning video board is located at the southeast corner of the arena. Guests who have difficulty viewing the open-captioning video board should visit Guest Services outside Section 109 or 212 for seat relocation.
Guests also have the option to view in-game, real-time closed captioning of Bucks games on their personal mobile devices. This service begins when doors open to the public and concludes at the end of the game.
To utilize this service, guests should visit: www.captionedtext.com and enter the Event Confirmation Number.
The Event Confirmation Number changes each game and can be found at Guest Services located outside Section 109 or 212.
Guests requiring American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services for other public, ticketed events at Fiserv Forum should contact the Fiserv Forum ticket office at (414) 227-0511 at least two (2) weeks prior to attending an event. Every effort will be made to accommodate a request made less than two (2) weeks prior to an event.
Assistive listening devices are available for use during Fiserv Forum events. Guests can rent these devices free of charge from Guest Services located outside Sections 109 and 212. Devices must be returned at the conclusion of the event.
PARKING; DROP-OFF LOCATIONS; ENTRY LOCATIONS
Accessible parking is available:
- 5th Street Parking Structure (1215 N. 5th St., accessible from McKinley Avenue.)
- Highland Structure (1030 N. 6th St.)
Spaces are located on the first and third levels of both structures. Elevators are available of all levels of the parking structures. Accessible parking spots cannot be reserved. Guests requiring accessible parking are encouraged to arrive early.
During Bucks games and other Fiserv Forum events, the guest drop-off area is located along Juneau Avenue and Vel R. Phillips Avenue (northeast corner of the arena.) Guests with disabilities or mobility limitations are encouraged to use the BMO East or BMO North entrances of the arena (northeast corner of the arena.)
Guests with mobility limitations are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices to Fiserv Forum. Wheelchair service is available inside of the arena for guests needing transportation to and from their seats, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who need this service should alert a team member at the arena entry points or a Guest Service Representative near the seating bowl or visit Guest Services outside Section 109 and 212.
Wheelchair rental is not available. Fiserv Forum team members are not able to transport guests outside of the arena.
BUCKS EVENTS HELD IN DEER DISTRICT
Guests who require accessibility assistance at Bucks-related special events in Deer District, including, but not limited to, the use of assistive
-listening devices, an ASL interpreter, or wheelchair service, should call (414) 227-0511 for assistance.
SENSORY ROOMS & SENSORY BAGS
Fiserv Forum features two rooms specially designed for guests with developmental disabilities who need a quiet space during events. Sensory Rooms feature soft carpeting, tactile wall hangings, and comfortable furniture.
Sensory bags, provided by KultureCity, are available for complimentary rental during games, concerts, and events. Please visit Guest Services outside Sections 109 or 212 to check out a sensory bag.
The sensory bags include:
- Noise-cancelling headphones
- Feelings thermometer (for non-verbal guests)
- Fidget tangle
- Fidget mesh
- Fidget noodle
Trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome at Fiserv Forum and Deer District. Service animals must be accompanied by their handler and trained to provide a service to their handler.
Pets are not allowed.
ADULT CHANGING TABLE
Fiserv Forum has an adjustable-height adult changing table available to any guest needing this accommodation. The adult changing table is inside the Wellness Room located behind Section 113. For access, please visit Guest Services outside Section 109.
All public restrooms at Fiserv Forum are accessible and most offer baby changing stations Complimentary feminine products are available at Guest Services located outside Sections 109 and 212.
