Accessible Entrances
All entrances to Fiserv Forum are also accessible for guests with disabilities and mobility impairments.
Guests with disabilities or mobility limitations are encouraged to use our dedicated ADA entrances:
BMO East Entrance and BMO North Entrance (located at the corner of Juneau Avenue and Vel R. Phillips Avenue)
Accessible Seating and Ticketing
Accessible seating is available throughout Fiserv Forum. ADA seating platforms are in multiple areas around the arena, and exact locations and availability may vary by event.
Accessible seating areas are designed to accommodate mobility devices. Seating may include removable padded folding chairs to create space for a mobility device, and chairs without armrests may be available. Accessible seating availability will vary from event to event.
Guests who require accessible seating may purchase up to three (3) companion seats in the same accessible row, based on availability.

Adult Changing Table
Fiserv Forum has an adjustable-height adult changing table available to any guest needing this accommodation. The adult changing table is inside the Wellness Room located behind Section 113. For access, please visit Guest Services outside Section 120 and Section 212.
ADA Relocation
In some cases, an ADA relocation may be available on event day; however, all potential relocations are first come, first served and subject to availability. If you need a relocation, please visit the nearest Guest Services Desk from your original seating location for assistance.
Guest Services Desks are located near Section 120 on the Main Concourse and Section 212 on the Upper Concourse.
Fiserv Forum encourages guests, whenever possible, to purchase accessible seating in advance to help guarantee an accessible seat for the event.
American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter
Guests may request an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for all public, ticketed events at Fiserv Forum by calling (414) 227-0504 or emailing guestfeedback@bucks.com a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to attending the event.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)
Assistive listening devices and headphones are available for complimentary rental at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse at Section 120. The devices offer the in-house public address announcer feed for Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games and select other events.
Captioning
Closed Captioning is available for all guests at Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games. Guests with impaired hearing can view the Fiserv Forum public address announcements via the video board at the southeast corner of the arena seating area above Section 103. Guests who have difficulty viewing the video board should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 for seat relocation.
Guests also have the option to view in-game, real-time closed captioning of Milwaukee Bucks games on their personal mobile devices. The service begins when arena doors open to the public and concludes at the end of the game.
To utilize this service, guests should visit www.captionedtext.com and enter the Event Confirmation Number.
The Event Confirmation Number changes each game and can be found at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212.
Disabled Guest Drop Off
Guests may be dropped off at the following locations near Fiserv Forum:
- Juneau Avenue near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips Avenue
- The intersection of Highland Avenue and Vel R. Phillips Avenue
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive between Highland and Juneau Avenues
Guests with disabilities or mobility requirements are strongly encouraged to be dropped off on Juneau Avenue near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips Avenue. This location provides the closest access to the BMO East and BMO North entrances, which serve as the arena’s dedicated ADA-accessible entry points for most public, ticketed events.
Parking is not permitted at these locations.
OneCourt
The Milwaukee Bucks are proud to launch OneCourt haptic technology in partnership with Ticketmaster!
OneCourt devices help guests who are blind, have low vision, or have sensory needs experience game action through a tactile experience. Guests can feel what’s happening on the court through real-time vibrations. Devices also include earbuds that connect to an audio feed so guests can hear live game commentary.
Availability: Complimentary rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Services Desk at Section 120.

Parking
Accessible parking is available:
5th Street Parking Structure (1215 N. 5th St., accessible from McKinley Avenue.)
Highland Structure (1030 N. 6th St.)
Spaces are located on the first and third levels of both structures. Elevators are available of all levels of the parking structures. Accessible parking spots cannot be reserved. Guests requiring accessible parking are encouraged to arrive early.

Restrooms
Restrooms are on all levels of the arena. They are fully accessible for guests with disabilities, and most have baby changing stations.
Sensory Inclusive Bags
Sensory Inclusive Bags, provided in partnership with KultureCity, are available for complimentary rental during all public, ticketed events at Fiserv Forum. These bags are designed to reduce sensory overload and increase engagement for guests who experience sensory processing difficulties.
Sensory Inclusive Bags include:
- Noise-cancelling headphones
- Fidget objects (such as tangle, mesh, noodle, spinners or push-and-pop bubbles)

Sensory Rooms
Fiserv Forum features two (2) spaces specially designed for guests who experience sensory processing difficulties or need a quiet space during events. The Sensory Rooms include a TV, carpeted walls, an anxiety-reducing cube, as well as other tools and amenities. They are on the concourse at Sections 110 and 212.
To access a Sensory Room, please visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 and 212.
Service Animals
Trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Service animals must be accompanied by their handler and trained to provide a specific service to their handler. Service animals may be asked to leave if the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken.
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed inside Fiserv Forum.
Wheelchair/Mobility Service
Complimentary wheelchair service is available inside the arena for guests needing transportation from arena access points to and from their seats, and is available on a first- come, first-served basis.
Guests who need this service should alert a team member when entering the arena or a Guest Services Representative inside the seating bowl.
Fiserv Forum team members are not able to lift guests or transport guests outside of the arena.
Guests with tickets for seats in Sections 101 through 122 must access their seats from the Main Concourse. Guests who are not able to use the stairs should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 for seat relocation, pending availability.
Wheelchair rental is not available. Guests who need mobility assistance for the duration of an event are encouraged to bring a personal wheelchair or mobility device.
Guests who use mobility devices, but are not seated in accessible seating locations, must check their devices at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212. Please contact a Fiserv Forum team member for additional assistance.
