50/50 Raffle

The Milwaukee Bucks Foundation hosts a 50/50 Raffle powered by Sky High Marketing at Milwaukee Bucks home games. Raffle tickets are sold for $2 each from the time Fiserv Forum doors open to the public until the end of halftime. One lucky guest will take home half of the net proceeds from the game’s raffle ticket sales. The remainder goes to the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation to support community groups and programs across Wisconsin.    

The winning ticket number is announced in the third quarter. The guest who holds the winning ticket has until the end of the game to visit the Skybridge Ticket Resolution Office on the Main Concourse near Section 114 to claim the prize.

Adult Changing Table

A height-adjustable changing table is in the Wellness Room on the Main Concourse at Section 113. To access the Wellness Room, please visit the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse at Section 120.

Alcohol

Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks and Levy Restaurants strive to promote responsible service and consumption of alcohol.  

FISERV FORUM ALCOHOL POLICIES 

  • Alcohol sales are limited to two (2) drinks per guest, per purchase, with a valid, government-issued ID. 
  • Anyone purchasing alcohol must present a valid personal ID and be at least 21 years old.  
  • Alcohol may not be carried into or out of Fiserv Forum. 
  • Alcohol sales end at the start of the fourth quarter of Milwaukee Bucks games, 10 minutes into the second half of college basketball games, and approximately 30 minutes before the conclusion of concerts, shows, or other events.  Any changes to alcohol cutoff time may be made, without notice, at the discretion of Fiserv Forum Management.  
  • No alcohol will be sold to impaired guests, minors, or guests without a valid ID.  
  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and prosecuted.  
  • Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks and Levy Restaurants reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol, and change policy without notice, at their discretion. 

American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter

Guests may request an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter for all public, ticketed events at Fiserv Forum by calling (414) 227-0504 or emailing guestfeedback@bucks.com a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to attending the event. There is no charge to guests for this service.  

Arena Entrances

There are five (5) Fiserv Forum guest entrances:

  • Atrium (Main Entrance): East side of the arena next to the Deer District Plaza at Vel R. Phillips Avenue between Juneau and Highland Avenues. Inside the arena, the Atrium’s open space is connected to the Ticketmaster Box Office at the north and Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum at the south and has accessible access to the arena concourses. Please see Ticketmaster Box Office or Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum for more information.
  • Skybridge: Northwest Main Concourse at Section 114 and connected to the third level of the 5th Street Parking Structure.
  • Johnson Controls (JCI): Northwest corner of the arena at the intersection of 6th Street and Juneau Avenue.
  • BMO North: Northeast corner of the arena at the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues, directly across from The Trade Hotel.
    • For Milwaukee Bucks games, this entrance is exclusive for premium space ticket holders, BMO cardholders, and guests needing accessible accommodation (along with their parties).
    • For other events, the designation of this entrance varies. Please see the specific event information for entry guidelines.
  • BMO East: Northeast corner of the arena near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues, to the north of the Ticketmaster Box Office and facing the Deer District Plaza.
    • For Milwaukee Bucks games, this entrance is reserved for premium space ticket holders, BMO cardholders, and guests needing accessible accommodation (along with their parties).
    • For other events, the designation of this entrance varies. Please see the specific event information for entry guidelines.

For select concerts and events, additional access points may be used.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices and headphones are available for complimentary rental at the Guest Services Desk on the Main Concourse at Section 120. The devices offer the in-house public address announcer feed for Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games and select other events. 

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

There are four (4) BMO Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) inside Fiserv Forum:  

  • Street Level: Inside the Ticketmaster Box Office Lobby (Accessible from the Deer District Plaza near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues during business hours or from inside the arena on the north end of the Atrium during events)

  • Main Concourse: Sections 109 and 120 

  • Upper Concourse: At the top of the escalator near Section 227  

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms, as well as in all Wellness Rooms.

Wellness Rooms are located:

  • Main Concourse: Sections 104, 113 and 120
  • Suite Level: Near Suites 1 and 17
  • Upper Concourse: Sections 217 and 227

Bag Policy

All bags smaller than 10” x 6” x 2” or clear bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”may be screened and enter at any entrance. 

Non-clear bags larger than 10” x 6”x 2” but not exceeding 14” x 14” x 6” must be x-ray screened prior to entry.  Please use the designated bag screening lanes for entry.

Medical accommodation bags and infant/childcare bags are subject to additional screening. Please use the designated bag screening lanes for entry.

No backpack, large duffle or luggage is allowed at any time.

Ball-in-Play/Puck-in-Play Policy

Guests wishing to access a seating section during sporting events may be asked by Fiserv Forum team members to wait until there is a stoppage in play. 

Bango

Milwaukee Bucks mascot “Bango” has been entertaining Bucks fans since 1977 with his high-flying acrobatic dunks, daring stunts and funny antics. When he’s not flipping around Fiserv Forum, Bango is busy making more than 250 appearances in the Milwaukee community every year.

Before and during Milwaukee Bucks games, Bango can often be found greeting guests on the Main Concourse.  Due to his busy schedule, Bango is not able to make special appearances with guests during Bucks games.

Banners, Flags & Signs

Banners, flags and signs larger than 11” x 17” are not permitted. Any banners, flags or signs exceeding size restrictions may be confiscated. Fiserv Forum Management reserves the right to confiscate any signage displaying content deemed to be inappropriate. Poles, sticks, or dowels used to hold banners, signs, or flags are not permitted. Banners, flags or signs may not be adhered to any surface or obstruct or limit the view of other guests.  

Battery-operated or light-up items are not allowed. Some exceptions may apply. Please see the specific event details for information or contact Fiserv Forum at guestfeedback@bucks.com or (414) 227-0504. 

Binoculars

Binoculars are permitted for events without lasers or other pyrotechnics that may cause harm to the users.  

In accordance with Fiserv Forum Bag Policy, binocular cases may not be larger than 10” x 6” x 2” and are subject to search.

Birthday Certificates

Guests celebrating their birthday at Fiserv Forum may visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 to obtain a complimentary Birthday Certificate. 

Certificates are available in English and Spanish.

On Milwaukee Bucks game days, the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum is open to the public until two (2) hours before tipoff. It is open to ticketed guests starting one (1) hour before tipoff until approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game.

For concerts, shows and other ticketed events, the Bucks Pro Shop is open to the public during its regular business hours. Additional in-arena Milwaukee Bucks retail locations closed during most concerts, shows and other ticketed events.

Guests may bring non-professional cameras into Fiserv Forum, unless otherwise specified by Fiserv Forum Management. Guests may not engage in commercial photography of any kind without the prior written approval of Fiserv Forum Management.

  • Monopods or tripods 

  • Cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses 

  • Cameras with lenses greater than 3.5 inches long (including through the use of the zoom feature) 

  • Selfie sticks  

  • Audio/visual recording devices including, but not limited to: GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc. 

  • Drones

Camping

Camping is not permitted on Fiserv Forum and Deer District property.  

Captioning

At Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games, guests with impaired hearing can view the Fiserv Forum public address announcements via the video board at the southeast corner of the arena seating area above Section 103. Guests who have difficulty viewing the video board should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 for seat relocation.  

Guests also have the option to view in-game, real-time closed captioning of Milwaukee Bucks games on their personal mobile devices. The service begins when arena doors open to the public and concludes at the end of the game.  

To utilize this service, guests should visit www.captionedtext.com and enter the Event Confirmation Number.  

The Event Confirmation Number changes each game and can be found at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212.  

Cashless Payments/Payment Methods

Fiserv Forum does not accept cash transactions at the Ticketmaster Box Office, concession stands, or retail locations. Cashless payment options include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Bucks.com and Fiserv Forum gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and prepaid cards. 

Guests may exchange cash for a prepaid card that can be used throughout the arena at the following locations: 

  • Event Level: Inside the Ticketmaster Box Office Lobby and Bucks Pro Shop (Next to Deer District Plaza on Vel R. Phillips Avenue between Juneau and Highland Avenues) 

  • Main Concourse: Sections 104 and 119  

  • Upper Concourse: Section 219 

Charging Stations (Powered By chargeFUZE)

Guests needing to charge electronic devices at events may utilize the chargeFUZE service. Self-service machines allow guests to rent portable charging blocks throughout the arena for a fee.   

  • Event Level: Inside the BMO Club (for guests with valid access)  

  • Main Concourse: Sections 104 and 109 

  • Upper Concourse: Sections 205 and 225 

Charitable Ticket Program

The Milwaukee Bucks charitable ticket program allows schools, community groups, nonprofit organizations, and charitable organizations to experience Bucks basketball firsthand.

Children and Tickets

For all Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Golden Eagles games, children under 2 years of age are not required to have their own ticket if they are sitting on the lap of a ticketed adult. 

Ticketing requirements for concerts and special events may vary. Please contact the Ticket Office at (414) 227-0511 for more information. 

Child Safety Seats/Baby Car Carriers

Guests must check child safety seats/baby car carriers at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212. Exceptions may be made for guests with tickets on the Suite Level or for other premium spaces. For safety reasons, child safety seats/baby car carriers may not be positioned on top of arena seats, chairs or tables, or obstruct guest walkways.

Code Of Conduct for Fiserv Forum Guests

The National Basketball Association, the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum personnel are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA fans and guests of other events at Fiserv Forum have a right to expect an environment where: 

  • Players and performers respect and appreciate each and every fan 

  • Guests will enjoy the basketball and event experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language and obscene gestures 

  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner 

  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested 

  • Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court, stage, or other performance area will be immediately ejected from Fiserv Forum 

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Fiserv Forum, on the Plaza, or on sidewalks directly adjacent to Fiserv Forum 

  • Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted 

  • Guests will comply with requests from Fiserv Forum staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures 

The Fiserv Forum staff have been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and revocation of their season tickets. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Communication Devices

Guests may carry in communication devices used for medical necessity, such as tablets and Augmentative and Alternative Communicators. Guests carrying these devices should alert a Fiserv Forum Security team member when entering the arena.

MOBILE ORDERING

Mobile concessions ordering through the Bucks App is available for most games, concerts, shows, and events, and allows guests to place and pay for orders from many concessions stands and bars from their seats.  

To place a mobile concessions order on the Bucks App:

  • Select the desired concession stand or bar location and menu items 

  • Select “Checkout” and add payment information  

  • Guests receive a text when their order is ready for pickup

Deer District Plaza

The Deer District Plaza is the large open space in the center of Deer District at Vel R. Phillips Avenue between Juneau and Highland Avenues. The Deer District Plaza features year-round entertainment and dining options. It is also connected on its west end to Fiserv Forum’s Ticketmaster Box Office, the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum, and Fiserv Forum’s Atrium—the arena’s main entrance.

Designated Driver Program

Effective April 20, 2024, to register for Fiserv Forum’s Designated Driver program, the driver of a vehicle parked near Fiserv Forum must pledge not to consume alcoholic beverages while at Fiserv Forum. The designated driver must be at least 21 years of age, have a Fiserv Forum parking receipt or digital parking pass for that event, and a valid driver's license. The designated driver will receive one coupon for one (1) complimentary fountain beverage from one of three concession locations that is good for the day in which the designated driver is registered only. Participants may register at Guest Services located on the concourse behind Section 109 or Section 212 from the time Fiserv Forum doors open until one hour after the ticketed start of the event. 

Diaper Bags

All bags are subject to security inspection. Guests may carry wallets, purses, fanny packs and crossbody bags smaller than 10” x 6” x 2” into the arena. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags no larger than 14” x 14” x 6” and bags needed for medical necessity. These bags will receive additional screening prior to entry.  

The Fiserv Forum Bag Policy is subject to change without notice. 

Dietary Restrictions

Guests may not carry food and beverage items into Fiserv Forum.  Exceptions may be made for guests with special dietary needs and restrictions.

Digital Ticketing

Guests should use the Bucks Mobile App presented by Motorola to access their game tickets.  

If game tickets were purchased directly through Ticketmaster, guests may also use the Ticketmaster app to access their tickets.  

The Bucks and Ticketmaster apps are available for download in the Apple App or Google Play Stores. 

For assistance with digital ticketing on game or event days, please visit the Ticketmaster Box Office located on the Street Level near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues adjacent to the Deer District Plaza.

Arriving from the West on Interstate 94 (I-94) 

Option 1: Take I-94 east toward downtown to I-43 North. Take Exit 72C though the Kilbourn Avenue Tunnel. At the first set of stoplights, turn left on 6th Street and proceed two blocks north to Juneau Avenue. The main entrance to Fiserv Forum is two blocks east near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues.  

Option 2: Take I-94 east toward downtown to I-43 North. Take Exit 73A McKinley Avenue and merge right on McKinley Avenue to 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street and proceed one block south to Juneau Avenue. The main entrance to Fiserv Forum is two blocks east near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues.  

 

Arriving from the South on Interstate 94 (I-94) or Interstate 43 (I-43)  

Take I-94 north toward downtown Milwaukee. Take I-43 north and use Exit 73A to McKinley Avenue. Merge right on McKinley Avenue and proceed to 6th Street. Turn right on 6th Street and proceed one block south to Juneau Avenue. The main entrance to Fiserv Forum is two blocks east near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues. 

 

Arriving from the North on Interstate 43 (I-43)  

Option 1: From I-43 South take exit 72E and proceed south on 11th Street about one block to Highland Avenue. Turn left on Highland Avenue. Proceed five blocks east to 6th Street and turn left. Take 6th Street north one block to Juneau Avenue. The main entrance to Fiserv Forum is two blocks east near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues. 

Option 2: From I-43 South, take exit 73A to McKinley Avenue. Turn left and proceed east on McKinley Avenue to 6th Street.  Turn right on 6th Street and proceed one block south to Juneau Avenue. The main entrance to Fiserv Forum is two blocks east near the intersection of Juneau and Vel R. Phillips Avenues.

Donation Requests

The Milwaukee Bucks are proud to donate to many worthy causes to support the community. Donation requests must meet the following guidelines:

  • The organization must be in Wisconsin

  • Youth-focused organizations will be given priority, especially those with an emphasis on at least one of the following categories: Education, Literacy, Health and Wellness, Safety and Violence Prevention, Teamwork, Leadership, Recreation, and Community

Arena doors typically open 60 minutes before the scheduled tipoff for Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games and start time for concerts, shows and other events. Times are subject to change. Please visit the specific event page for event information.

Nine (9) drinking fountains or “bubblers” are located throughout the arena: 

  • Event Level: Outside both entrances to the BMO Club, accessible to courtside or floor seats  

  • Main Concourse: Sections 104, 109, 114 and 120 

  • Suite Level: Near Suite 19  

  • Upper Concourse: Sections 218 and 227

Drop-Off And Pickup Areas

Guests may be dropped off at the following locations near Fiserv Forum: 

  • Juneau Avenue near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips Avenue  

  • The intersection of Highland Avenue and Vel R. Phillips Avenue 

  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive between Highland and Juneau Avenues 

 

Guests with disabilities or mobility requirements are strongly encouraged to be dropped off on Juneau Avenue near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips Avenue. This location provides the closest access to the BMO East and BMO North entrances, which serve as the arena’s dedicated ADA-accessible entry points for most public, ticketed events. 

Parking is not permitted at these locations.

Elevators

There are 7 Guest elevators throughout Fiserv Forum located in the northeast corner (by Section 120), southeast corner (by Section 102), and northwest corner (by Section 113).

Emergencies And Evacuations

Fiserv Forum team members are trained to assist guests during emergencies.  In the event of an emergency evacuation of the arena, guests should remain calm and follow the instructions given by arena team members, security personnel and public address announcements.

Kohl’s Court is a free family activity area on the Main Concourse at Section 120. During Milwaukee Bucks games, Kohl’s Court features photo opportunities, Bucks fun facts, and interactive experiences such as a balloon artist, face painters and a DJ.    

Language/Violence/Conduct

Fiserv Forum Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who: 

  • Uses foul, profane or abusive language or makes obscene gestures of any kind, whether such language is directed at other fans, players, performers, personnel, employees or any other individual(s). Profane or aggressive taunts or cheers are not permitted.   

  • Conducts themselves in a way that is deemed disorderly, unruly, or disruptive to other guests or threatens the safety of Fiserv Forum team members, workers, artists, performers, players, coaches, or officials. 

  • Engages in fights or threatening behavior (physical or verbal). 

  • Fails to adhere to acceptable levels of hygiene, which impedes the ability of other guests to enjoy the game, concert, show or event. 

LEED Platinum Certification

Fiserv Forum is proud to hold Platinum LEED certification. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification is the highest level of achievement within the LEED certification system, signifying exceptional excellence in sustainability and building design. To achieve this, a building must score at least 80 points out of a potential 110, demonstrating leadership in areas such as sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design.  Fiserv Forum is one of only two LEED Platinum-certified arenas in the NBA.

Through the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation, fans can request Milwaukee Bucks license plates.  In addition to the regular registration fee, the Milwaukee Bucks plate fees include an issuance fee of $15, plus an annual $25 tax-deductible contribution to the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation.

Loaded Value Tickets

When indicated, through special offers or group ticket purchases, some tickets have loaded/added value where a monetary credit can be used at concessions stands or retail stores at assigned games at Fiserv Forum.  

To redeem loaded/added value ticket credit for concessions purchases, guests should log on to their account using the Bucks App. On the app’s home page, guests should select “Mobile Ordering” and select their order location and items to purchase.  When finished, guests should review the order and select the “Checkout” button on the top right corner to redeem the available credit for each ticket.  The redeemable value will be deducted upon checkout. 

Guests who prefer to place an in-person order at concessions stands should log on to their account using the Bucks App. They should select the event they are attending and then select the tab on the top right side of the mobile ticket to access a QR code to present to the concessions stand representative. The redeemable value will be deducted from the total amount owed.

Fiserv Forum has seven (7) private Wellness Rooms for nursing mothers. They feature furniture, electrical outlets, a sink, and changing table.

Guests needing automotive assistance should alert employees at the lot or structure where they parked.  

 

BICYCLES 

Complimentary bicycle parking is available at the street level of the 5th Street Parking Structure at the intersection of 5th Street and McKinley Avenue.  The bicycle parking area is adjacent to the main vehicle entrance on McKinley Avenue.  

Complimentary bicycle parking is also available in front of the Bucks Pro Shop at Fiserv Forum near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips and Highland Avenues.  

Bicycle riding is not permitted on Deer District property.  

 

BUS/SHUTTLE PARKING  

Fiserv Forum does not offer bus or shuttle parking.

5TH STREET PARKING STRUCTURE

The 5th Street Parking Structure is on 5th Street between McKinley and Juneau Avenues. It is accessible from McKinley Avenue.  

Fiserv Forum is directly across Juneau Avenue from the parking structure. Level 3 of the structure is connected by an enclosed Skybridge Entrance to the arena’s Main Concourse at Section 114.  

Guests who park in the structure are also recommended to use the Johnson Controls (JCI) Entrance at the intersection of 6th Street and Juneau Avenue.  

Parking rates vary per event. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.   

Accessible parking spaces are on Levels 1 and 3 and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please alert a parking attendant if accessible parking is needed.

Pets And Service Animals

Pets are not allowed inside Fiserv Forum.  Trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Service animals must be accompanied by their handler and trained to provide a specific service to their handler. Service animals may be asked to leave if the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken.

Player appearances are determined and scheduled ahead of the season by the team and are based upon availability. Individual requests cannot be met.

Tickets to all premium spaces allow guests to utilize the exclusive BMO North or BMO East Entrances near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips and Juneau Avenues, across from The Trade Hotel.

Items not appearing on this list may still be prohibited at the discretion of Fiserv Forum Security if the items pose a potential threat to the safety of arena guests or violate arena policy. 

 

Exceptions will be made for items deemed medically necessary. Please contact Fiserv Forum at guestfeedback@bucks.com for prior approval at least five (5) days before visiting the arena or alert a Fiserv Forum Security team member at the arena entrance.  All items are subject to security screening.  

Promotional Giveaway Items

MILWAUKEE BUCKS  

Promotional giveaway items are available at select Milwaukee Bucks games. Restrictions and distribution points are specified for each promotion. Each eligible, ticketed, present guest will receive one (1) item after their ticket has been scanned, pending availability.  Buying, trading, soliciting and selling promotional items on Deer District property is prohibited.

Purchasing Single-Game Tickets

Milwaukee Bucks fans can purchase single-game tickets: 

  • Via the Bucks App  

  • Online from Bucks.com or Ticketmaster.com 

  • In-person at the Ticketmaster Box Office at Fiserv Forum during open business hours.  The Ticketmaster Box Office is open on event days until approximately one hour after the start of the event.  Opening times vary per event.  From Labor Day through Memorial Day, it is also open on Saturday.

Re-Entry

Guests who leave Fiserv Forum during an event after their ticket has been scanned are not allowed to re-enter without an unused/unscanned ticket. Exceptions to this policy may be made in certain circumstances. Please contact a member of Fiserv Forum Security or Management for assistance before exiting the arena. 

Restrooms

Restrooms are on all levels of the arena. They are fully accessible for guests with disabilities, and most have baby changing stations.  

Complimentary feminine hygiene products are available, upon request, at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 and 212.  Guests seated in premium areas should contact a Guest Service Representative for assistance.  

Sharps disposal is available in the First Aid Rooms on the concourse at Section 110 or 212.

  • Main Concourse: Sections 104 and 119

Scoreboard Messages

Guests celebrating birthdays or other special milestones at Fiserv Forum during Milwaukee Bucks games may request the honored guest’s name be included on the scoreboard for a $100 donation to the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation. Requests must be submitted at least six (6) business days prior to the requested date. The message is typically displayed on the scoreboard following the halftime performance.

Fiserv Forum does not accept scoreboard message requests for Marquette Basketball games or other concerts, shows and events.

Season Ticket Headquarters

The Season Ticket Member Headquarters is on the northeast corner of the Suite Level near the entrance to the Lofts. Season Ticket Members can meet with their ticket representatives at this location through the end of halftime.   

Season Tickets Members should use the elevator bank or stairwell on the Main Concourse at Section 120 or Upper Concourse at Section 227, or the Main Concourse escalator to the Suite Level near Section 121 to access the Suite Level.  

Members must present their Season Ticket Member ID to access the Suite Level.  

Seat/Ticket Relocation

Guests requesting seat relocation should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212. Requests will be considered based upon circumstance and availability.

Sensory Inclusive Bags

Sensory Inclusive Bags, provided in partnership with KultureCity, are available for complimentary rental during all public, ticketed events at Fiserv Forum. These bags are designed to reduce sensory overload and increase engagement for guests who experience sensory processing difficulties.  

Sensory Inclusive Bags include: 

  • Noise-cancelling headphones 

  • Fidget objects (such as tangle, mesh, noodle, spinners or push-and-pop bubbles)

Sensory Rooms

Fiserv Forum features two (2) spaces specially designed for guests who experience sensory processing difficulties or need a quiet space during events. The Sensory Rooms include a TV, carpeted walls, an anxiety-reducing cube, as well as other tools and amenities. They are on the concourse at Sections 110 and 212.

Service Animals

Trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Service animals must be accompanied by their handler and trained to provide a specific service to their handler. Service animals may be asked to leave if the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken.  

Pets are not allowed inside Fiserv Forum.

Milwaukee Bucks fans can decorate their own signs, free of charge, before each regular season game, through halftime, at stations on the concourse at Sections 101 and 201.

The Sixth Man Soiree is an exclusive charity event held at Fiserv Forum each spring that benefits the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation and Bucks Health and Wellness program.

Smoking/Tobacco Usage

The use of tobacco products in any form, including smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes (e-cigs), or vaping devices is prohibited inside Fiserv Forum and on Deer District property. Guests who choose to exit the arena during an event to smoke will not be allowed to re-enter without a new, unscanned ticket, unless otherwise advertised by Fiserv Forum Management.  

Solicitation

The following actions are prohibited on Deer District property without the prior written consent of Fiserv Forum or Milwaukee Bucks: 

  • Solicitation of contributions or distribution of literature. 

  • Engagement in any type of sales or donation collection activities. 

  • Engagement in any commercial activities including, but not limited to, the display of signage or the offering of product samples.

Stairs are located in the four corners of Fiserv Forum. In case of emergency, please use these stairs instead of elevators and escalators.

Standing Room Only (SRO) Tickets

Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets are available for select Milwaukee Bucks and Marquette Basketball games. An SRO ticket grants access to Fiserv Forum but is not a reserved seat and has no viewing area associated with it.  SRO tickets do not guarantee a view of the court or live game.  

Strollers

Strollers are allowed on the concourse but may not be brought into seating areas. Guests must check strollers at the Guest Services Desk located on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212.

The Beer Garden

The Beer Garden, located on the northeast side of Deer District, is open to the public and features a partially covered outdoor area and 40-foot LED screen.  The Tap Room at the Beer Garden offers 20 domestic and craft beer lines, as well as a full bar experience.

The Market By Michelob ULTRA, Powered By Amazon

Located on the Main Concourse at Section 119, The Market by Michelob ULTRA utilizes Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, allowing guests to pick up drinks and snacks without having to wait in line. Guests insert their credit card into a reader when entering The Market by Michelob ULTRA. The technology detects what guests take from or return to shelves. The guest’s credit card is automatically charged as they leave the store.  

The Trade Hotel

The Trade Milwaukee, an Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott, is the official hotel of Deer District.  It’s located on Juneau Avenue between Vel R. Children ages 2 and under are not required to have their own ticket if seated on the lap of a ticketed adult for the duration of the game, show or event.   • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and will show their tickets to Fiserv Forum team members when requested. Screenshots are not valid.

  • If a wristband or credential is associated with access to a premium space, guests must display the wristband or credential to the assigned team member(s) to receive access. 

  • Guests may not access any non-public areas of Fiserv Forum or Deer District without a proper ticket, pass, or credential.  

  • Guests may not access premium or restricted areas without a valid ticket or credential to those areas.  

  • Guests may not share or misuse tickets, passes, credentials, or wristbands.

Complimentary bicycle parking is available at the street level of the 5th Street Parking Structure at the intersection of 5th Street and McKinley Avenue.  The bicycle parking area is adjacent to the main vehicle entrance on McKinley Avenue.  

Complimentary bicycle parking is also available in front of the Bucks Pro Shop near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips and Highland Avenues.  

Bicycle riding is not permitted on Deer District property.  

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION  

The Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) has several bus routes that operate near Fiserv Forum.  Routes 19, 31, and 80 make stops within walking distance of the arena.

RIDESHARE & TAXI CABS 

Lyft is the official rideshare partner of Fiserv Forum and the Milwaukee Bucks.

SHUTTLE DROP-OFF AND PICKUP LOCATIONS 

Shuttle drop-offs and pickups are located only at:

  • Guests may not possess firearms or other weapons, fireworks or other materials/items deemed hazardous or dangerous by Fiserv Forum Security. 

  • Guests may not use devices such as (but not limited to) laser pointers, Birdies, sirens, whistles, or other items that may distract or interfere with the game play or performance. 

  • Guests may not use wheeled footwear, hoverboards or skateboards inside Fiserv Forum.

Wellness Rooms

Fiserv Forum has seven (7) private Wellness Rooms for nursing mothers, guests practicing worship activities, and those needing a quiet space. They feature furniture, electrical outlets, a sink, and changing table.  

To access a Wellness Room, please visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 or the Lofts podium at the northeast corner of the Suite Level.

Wheelchairs And Mobility Assistance

Complimentary wheelchair service is available inside the arena for guests needing transportation from arena access points to and from their seats, and is available on a first- come, first-served basis. Guests who need this service should alert a team member when entering the arena or a Guest Services Representative inside the seating bowl. 

Fiserv Forum team members are not able to lift guests or transport guests outside of the arena.  

Guests with tickets for seats in Sections 101 through 122 must access their seats from the Main Concourse. Guests who are not able to use the stairs should visit the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212 for seat relocation, pending availability.  

Wheelchair rental is not available. Guests who need mobility assistance for the duration of an event are encouraged to bring a personal wheelchair or mobility device.  

Guests who use mobility devices, but are not seated in accessible seating locations, must check their devices at the Guest Services Desk on the concourse at Sections 120 or 212.  Please contact a Fiserv Forum team member for additional assistance.  

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available inside the arena. To access the internet, connect to the “DeerDistrict” wireless network from your mobile device.  

Will Call

Will Call tickets may only be picked up on the day of the event at the Ticketmaster Box Office by the guest whose name is on the tickets. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at pickup.

Wisconsin Herd

The Wisconsin Herd is the proud NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks. The team is based in Oshkosh and plays its home games at Oshkosh Arena.
